Design Dollies have a new Color Challenge for you!

:)

good morning, friends! hope you had a fantabulatious weekend and did lots of relaxing or crafting, or both! we Dollies have been busy, as usual, and while there's no time left to play along with last week's PRIMARY color challenge, there's more fun in store for you today!

i hope last week's challenge wasn't TOO challenging - i'm not a big fan of the primary colors myself for a project, but it was fun to mix it up a bit and try something new!

today, may i present....

FUSCHIA AND PALE YELLOW!

this combination seemed to come a little easier to us, and i dare say our Dollies have done some BRILLIANT work! (i'm sure you'll agree!)
check out our bidnizz....

an EXTRA contribution from our fabulous Guest Design Dollie, Karen:

a negative space masterpiece from our in-house artiste, Kristy:

more ball trim (am i getting predictable?) from your gracious hostess, Leah the Orange:

Nicole managed to throw it down, even though her dog gave birth to a litter of BEAUTIFUL puppies - she STILL found time to create something gorgeous!

Heidi couldn't resist, even though she didn't hafta (and it's FAB, so i'm glad she did!):

so, there.

fuschia and pale yellow. these must be the PREDOMINANT colors in your project to be eligible for the January prize... that reminds me, i still haven't shown you what's up for grabs, have i? oops!

okay, lookie lookie!

we have...
Me & My Big Ideas 12x12 pad - "Sanctuary" - 48 sheets
Chipboard sheets - (SEI, perhaps? can't remember!) - 2 sheets, 22 pcs
Studio 18 - dimensional butterfly stickers - 19 pcs
Heidi Swapp felt butterflies - "sky" - 8 pcs
mini composition book
Queen & Co., Offray and assorted ribbons and trims
mini clothespins in bright colors - 13 pcs
plastic flowers in assorted colors (perfect for brads!)

how ya like dem apples? wanna win? play along with any of our Color Challenges for the month of january and i might just send this box of goodies your way!

right. so you have until next SUNDAY, January 17th at midnight EST to link up your project using our dear friend, Mr. Linky. be sure to link back to us in your blog post, and please link to your project, rather than providing your general blog address. your project must be created NEW for this challenge!

AND if you're feeling brave, you can wait until tomorrow's Elements Challenge is posted, and maybe even Thursday's Sketch Challenge, and you can combine any of these into one big, fabulous project! remember, Sunday by midnight!

GOOD LUCK!

  4. Mine is on yellow cardstock, but it looks whiter than it is IRL since I photo'd it on hot yellow flocked cardstock... loving Hambly's 60s fuschia materials!
